In this role you lead external art production for Infinity Ward projects from our Barcelona studio. You will coordinate with art leads, directors, and cross-discipline partners to align priorities, schedules, and deliverables across multiple projects and vendors. You drive production tracking, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement of external art pipelines, especially for environment art, ensuring clear ownership and realistic timelines. You’ll collaborate with integral partners to maintain clarity and accountability, shaping the way external teams contribute to shared goals.
Responsabilidades
Lead production planning and day-to-day execution for external art teams across multiple projects
Build and maintain production tracking with clear ownership, dates, and status visibility
Coordinate with vendors and partner teams via recurring syncs, milestone reviews, risk tracking, and follow-ups
Identify production risks early and drive mitigation plans aligned to project needs
Promote clear communication and accountability between Infinity Ward Spain and external partners
Support art pipelines, especially outsourced environment art, across multiple disciplines
Champion best practices and new workflows, tools, and ways of working across internal and external teams
Provide status, risks, priorities, and tradeoffs to stakeholders to support decisions and alignment
Requisitos principales
10+ years of AAA production experience with external art teams, outsource vendors, or distributed development
Proven ability to drive cross-functional production alignment and track execution
Extensive experience supporting art development xqbhyrx pipelines in AAA game production environments
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Computer Games Technology, Business Development, or related field
Excellent communication across cultures, time zones, and disciplines
Collaborative mindset and ability to build trust with artists, leads, vendors, and peers
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of modern game engines and development pipelines
Production tracking and scheduling, dependency management
Risk management and issue escalation with external partners
