In this role you will drive strategic initiatives across Verisure’s international footprint, partnering with cross‑functional teams to shape GTM, propositions, and pricing. You’ll work on expanding into new markets, refining selling processes, and developing adjacent business opportunities to fuel growth. You will influence product pilots, pricing tests, and HR initiatives, contributing to our mission of market leadership and customer-centric innovation. This is a high‑impact, globally connected role with opportunities to own projects and learn from top teams.

Launch and scale operations in new countries leveraging existing expansion experience
Evolve and implement Go-To-Market strategy in new markets and adapt propositions to local realities
Collaborate with local teams to define brand positioning, sales methodology, and supporting tools
Refine selling processes and tools across countries through cross-country collaboration




Develop strategy for adjacent business opportunities and new product ideas
Coordinate with Product Development on pilots, implementations, and feedback for new offerings
Increase value delivery to existing clients and expand service offerings
Lead thinking on strategies, channels and propositions to boost sales and service scope
Define and test pricing strategies across the organization
Lead the global HR strategy with cross-country initiatives and key HR projects
Support the Chief HR Officer with executive-level activities and governance materials
