Responsabilidades
Lead transformation programs aligning business objectives with talent strategy
Manage client relationships and tailor solutions to client challenges




Oversee complex project delivery ensuring quality and timeliness
Design and implement interventions leveraging Accenture methodologies and tools
Conduct stakeholder analyses and craft engagement strategies
Develop transformation roadmaps including communication and training programs
Measure impact using data-driven approaches and storytelling
Support business development through opportunity identification and proposals
Mentor and coach xqbhyrx junior team members to foster high performance
Requisitos principales
6+ years of transformation experience in HR, organizational change, or digital adoption
