As Senior Salesforce Product Manager, you own the CRM operating model end-to-end in a global, multi-unit context. You will shape a clear Salesforce roadmap aligned with business priorities and drive intake, prioritization, and execution with independent ownership. You translate strategy into structured initiatives, integrate new units and acquisitions, and maintain governance to deliver sustainable CRM solutions. Responsabilidades
Define and maintain a clear Salesforce roadmap aligned with business priorities and platform evolution
Structure onboarding of new business units or acquisitions into Salesforce, including data and process integration
Own CRM backlog end-to-end and ensure proper scoping before entry
Challenge unclear or overly complex requirements and enforce platform best practices
Lead prioritization across a integral stakeholder landscape with cross-functional communication




Drive execution clarity with well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria
Maintain governance across CRM change processes and oversee updates and administration
Manage technical debt while delivering new features and providing sustainable solutions
Provide transparent reporting on backlog health, delivery progress, and platform status to stakeholders and leadership
Requisitos principales
4+ years of Salesforce product management in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
Proven track record owning a Salesforce backlog and delivering structured outcomes independently
Experience in global/enterprise environments with multiple stakeholder groups
Experience transitioning a Salesforce xqbhyrx environment from implementation to operational scale
Strong understanding of how CRM supports sales and marketing processes
Experience with governance models and controlled change processes
Experience collaborating with Salesforce admins, developers, and architects in delivery context

Clear, concise communication across technical and non-technical audiences
Deep Salesforce architecture knowledge (objects, data model, automation, integrations)
