In this role you steer the global Demand-to-Pay landscape and drive the MyBuy adoption across Roche’s procurement ecosystem. You’ll own process governance, align with global partners, and lead cross‑functional initiatives to improve efficiency and automation. You act as a change agent for digital transformation, shaping the end-to-end procure-to-pay experience. This is a high-impact, general role within the Roche CoE that combines strategy, governance and hands-on delivery.
Responsabilidades
Design and deploy the DOP roadmap for myBuy aligned with partners
Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and digitalization
Perform SME analysis to design solutions addressing process, system, KPI and data needs
Represent DOP in major transformation initiatives and support global template adoption
Lead global continuous improvement and align requirements across BCLs and BCOs




Lead the Business Capability Community of SMEs and participate in Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
Govern global system process documentation and training materials
Resolve cross-project conflicts and report KPI updates to leadership
Requisitos principales
Deep knowledge of procurement systems and enterprise architectures (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, GEP Smart/Nexxe)
Extensive design, management, and continuous improvement experience in Demand-to-Pay processes
Strong AI/digitalization experience and interest in digital transformation (Digital xqbhyrx 2.0 / Industry 4.0)
Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership without direct headcount authority
Bachelor or higher in business or life sciences; MBA and professional certifications (e.g., CIPS) preferred
Business-level English; German desirable
Self-organized and motivated
Solution-oriented with an end-to-end mindset
Excellent negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities
