As an Urban Planner at IDOM, you will develop spatial plans, master plans, and urban renewal strategies for public and private clients. You will collaborate with sectorial experts to craft urban solutions and manage client relationships and business development activities. Responsabilidades
Develop spatial plans and master planning for cities and production centres/complexes




Create conceptual designs and support urban renewal and regeneration initiatives
Conduct feasibility studies for public amenities
Collaborate with sectorial experts to identify urban solutions
Build and maintain client relationships; identify and pursue business development opportunities
Manage bidding processes and contribute to project acquisition
Requisitos principales
2+ years of professional experience xqbhyrx in urban planning or land use planning
Proven technical expertise in urban and regional planning
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with technical rigor
Ability to work independently with an innovative mindset
