In this role you drive site identification, qualification and management to deliver enrolment readiness and timely trial delivery, while ensuring inspection readiness and a superior participant experience. You’ll build strong relationships with investigators and vendors, shaping strategic site partnerships across therapeutic areas. You work closely with cross-functional teams to align on local treatment paradigms and regulatory requirements, enabling efficient, compliant clinical programs. This is a mission-driven role at Lilly, where patient impact, science, and collaboration meet high-stakes execution.
Responsabilidades
Identify and qualify clinical sites for Lilly trials in assigned therapeutic areas
Manage site performance to ensure enrolment readiness, recruitment, and database locks; handle issue mitigation
Maintain site and country-level inspection readiness at all times
Understand local treatment paradigms and standard of care to inform feasibility and trial allocation
Provide vendor oversight for site monitoring activities at site/country level
Develop and nurture professional relationships with active/potential investigators to enhance trial participation experience
Strategically develop institutional/site relationships to optimize delivery of clinical trial programs across therapeutic areas
Travel 50-75% to sites and country-level activities
Requisitos principales
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or health-related field
Minimum of 5 years of pharma/clinical research experience
Strong working knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP)
Fluent in English (C1, verbal and written)
Strong communication and xqbhyrx language skills
Ability to acquire/maintain therapeutic expertise for portfolio needs
Strong self-management and organizational skills
Experience in improving customer experience and regulatory guidelines knowledge
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated decision-making ability
