In this role you shape reward strategies for Continental Europe, acting as the main reward partner for a cluster of countries. You will lead annual reward cycles, ensure governance and compliance, and deliver data-driven insights to support leadership decisions. You’ll localize general frameworks to local laws and market norms, drive job evaluation and internal equity, and influence cross-border workforce moves with mobility partners. This is a strategic, advisory position focused on fairness, competitiveness, and a superior employee experience.
Responsabilidades
Lead reward design and implementation for Continental Europe cluster
Localise global/regional frameworks to local laws, collective agreements and market norms
Manage annual salary and incentive cycles across the cluster
Maintain compliant and competitive reward policies across all cluster countries
Lead job evaluation and maintain internal equity
Deliver pay equity analysis and statutory reporting for EU PTD compliance
Advise on restructures and organisational changes, partnering with mobility teams on assignments and transfers
Benchmark and review compensation structures across the Continental Europe markets
Provide data-driven insights to influence senior decisions
Support HR with complex cases through clear, concise analysis
Lead or contribute to regional/global reward projects and process improvements
Identify opportunities to enhance the reward proposition
Requisitos principales
6+ years of reward experience in Continental Europe within multi-country environments
Deep understanding of salary structures, short-term incentive design, grading frameworks and market benchmarking
Trusted xqbhyrx advisor with commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders
Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complexity and deliver insights
Highly analytical with advanced Excel proficiency and experience handling large data sets
Detail-driven with high accuracy and delivery quality
