As a Global Social Media Paid Media Manager, you will design and execute paid social strategies across markets to boost brand awareness, engagement, and ROI. You’ll partner with marketing and commercial teams to optimize media investments using data-driven insights. You drive audience targeting, campaign planning, and performance analytics while coordinating with cross-functional teams during launches. This role offers the chance to shape global paid social programs and work in an international, collaborative environment.
Responsabilidades
Develop global paid social strategies aligned with business objectives and define audience targeting.
Plan, launch and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms; manage budgets and allocations.
Collaborate with audience segmentation teams; support testing and optimization.
Define paid media KPIs, analyze engagement and conversions,

Coordinate with Social Media Content, Go-to-Market teams, Campaign Operations, Customer Engagement, and external agencies.
Requisitos principales
Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or related discipline
3–5 years of experience in Paid Social, Performance Marketing or Digital Advertising
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Strong analytical mindset with proven optimization experience
Experience managing media budgets
Good understanding of audience targeting, segmentation and marketing funnels
Excellent stakeholder management in an international environment
Fluent English
Experience in integral organizations is an advantage
