In this role you will support IV&V; testing for critical tactical communications systems in a multidisciplinary Lab and Ground/Flight testing environment. You will work with cross-functional teams to build rig test cases, create datasets and scenarios, and run tests using specialized equipment. Your work enables conclusive validation of communication systems across major defense programs. This is a hands-on engineering position at Airbus Getafe, offering exposure to cutting-edge test strategies and a culture of excellence.

Responsabilidades
Define and build test rigs, procedures and requirements from technical documentation
Create test datasets, simulation requirements, test scripts, and tactical scenarios
Execute rig tests, manage pre-run activities and runtime operation with lab equipment
Analyze test results,



prepare reports, and support root-cause investigations
Manage equipment and issue lifecycle using configuration/tracking tools
Specify and qualify ad-hoc test tools for decoding, recording, emulation, and automation
Requisitos principales
2–6 years of experience in system testing, IV&V; activities, or hands-on rig testing
Deep understanding of tactical datalinks and connectivity systems (Link 16/22, VMF, SATCOM, ALIMS)
Hands-on experience with lab test equipment (MIL-STD-1553 analyzers, sniffers, datalink xqbhyrx simulators) and test support systems
Experience in requirement partitioning, test data creation, and traceability management
Proactive problem solving, autonomy under milestones within cross-functional teams
English and Spanish proficiency at an advanced level
Eligible for NATO Security Clearance and ITAR/National Export Control authorizations
