Design, build, and own backend services, APIs,



and platform components from planning to release
Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Improve monitoring, alerting, observability, and operational readiness for critical services
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architecture decisions and engineering standards
Requisitos principales
4–6+ years of professional software engineering experience in backend or platform environments
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and xqbhyrx Python
Deep experience with AWS services, Linux, CI/CD, microservices, and distributed systems
Relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., Redis) and familiarity with data platforms/pipelines
Experience with Snowflake and modern data orchestration, transformation, and modeling
Strong problem-solving and communication skills with ability to connect technical work to business goals
