As a Business Analyst at Applus+ IDIADA, you will lead Salesforce implementation and optimization from a business perspective, bridging stakeholders and tech to transform sales processes. You will manage a small Salesforce team and drive data-driven insights across systems like Salesforce and SAP. Your impact comes from improving workflows, governance, and BI-enabled decision making to support growth. Responsabilidades
Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects and enhancements
Translate user needs and business objectives into Salesforce solutions
Oversee data integration from Salesforce, SAP, and other tools for insights
Define and monitor KPIs for sales operations; develop dashboards and visuals
Manage data quality, governance, and cross-system data flows




Mentor a small team of Salesforce professionals and coordinate activities
Develop training materials and enablement sessions for Salesforce users
Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Drive opportunities to streamline sales workflows through technology
Requisitos principales
5-7 years in business analysis with CRM focus and Salesforce implementation leadership
Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform, SAP integration, xqbhyrx and enterprise BI tools
Expertise in sales process reporting, data analysis, and business intelligence
Experience with data mining, visualization, system integrations, and APIs
Proven track record managing teams and translating business needs into technical solutions
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
