In this role you will develop AI-driven, personalized learning solutions at scale and work with a cross-functional team of scientists and engineers. You will advance research, prototype novel models, and deploy them to production to enhance learning experiences for millions of users. You’ll mentor junior team members and contribute to ML best practices. This is a mission-driven opportunity at a fast-paced, impact-focused Ed-Tech company.
Responsabilidades
AI Research & Development: design and optimize deep learning, NLP, LLMs, and multimodal models for personalized learning
Applied Science Execution: prototype and deploy cutting-edge models in production
Cross-functional Collaboration: partner with scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver AI-driven outcomes
Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing:



support and guide junior scientists and engineers
Best Practices in ML: contribute to model architecture, research methodologies, and deployment pipelines
Requisitos principales
PhD in NLP, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of industry experience in deep learning-based NLP applications
Strong proficiency with PyTorch or xqbhyrx TensorFlow
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud)
Ability to drive AI initiatives from research to production in a collaborative environment
Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of impactful AI solutions
