In this role you will join IDOMs Legal team in Madrid to provide corporate legal advising and support on commercial contracting. You will work within a multidisciplinary, multinational environment and handle diverse national and international projects. You will contribute to the firms client-service commitments while developing expertise in contracting and governance.

Provide corporate legal advising within a multidisciplinary team




Support drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts
Contribute to cross-functional projects across national and international contexts
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure legal rigor and timely deliverables
Support the firm’s professional development and partnership culture
Requisitos principales
Higher university degree in Law
Proven experience in corporate legal advising (min 2 years) xqbhyrx
Proficiency in English (certified)
Knowledge of international contracts (FIDIC, NEC) valued
Ability to work in a team and with technical rigor
