In this Digital Strategy role, you help shape innovative AI, data and cloud-enabled initiatives for clients, working within our growing consulting unit. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to turn strategy into measurable digital transformations and ensure adoption from ideation to delivery. You gain exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies and data strategies while contributing to the growth of our advisory practice. You’ll operate in a dynamic, startup-minded environment backed by a larger tech company, delivering high-impact projects at scale.

Responsabilidades
Deliver digital transformation projects with the Digital Strategy Team and ensure measurable client impact
Conduct business and technical analysis to define requirements and uncover opportunities
Bridge strategy and execution by coordinating with technical teams to integrate AI, data, and cloud solutions
Track project progress with KPIs and align outcomes with client goals
Demonstrate ownership with initiative, autonomy, and proactive problem-solving




Engage stakeholders to tailor solutions that meet business objectives
Leverage AI technologies and data/cloud infrastructure to support strategy initiatives
Contribute to software development projects ensuring alignment with business use cases
Support design and deployment of AI-driven solutions, data analytics frameworks, and automation strategies
Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and business units to drive adoption of new tech
Support lifecycle innovation projects from ideation to implementation and adoption
Develop business cases, presentations, and reports to support decision-making
Identify market trends and emerging technologies to enhance transformation efforts
Requisitos principales
2+ years of experience in digital strategy, consulting, xqbhyrx or technology-driven project execution
Hands-on experience in software development, digital transformation, or AI/data initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to derive actionable insights
Familiarity with AI use cases, data infrastructure, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business value
Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive approach to challenges and digital innovation
Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
