In this role you will lead the Quality Department at the Barcelona-area plant, aligning quality policies with the overall business strategy. You will partner with plant leadership to ensure high customer satisfaction and compliance with international and automotive standards. You drive QMS implementation, audits, and continual improvement, while developing talent and promoting a safety-first culture. Responsabilidades
Lead and own the Quality Department and annual plan
Partner with plant leadership as a trusted advisor
Foster cross-functional collaboration across departments
Manage customer quality relationships, including complaints and escalations
Oversee all QA processes and activities




Define procedures and work instructions; provide training to operations
Promote a safety-first culture within the team
Attract, develop and retain high-potential talent; manage performance
Assess and plan short- and long-term training needs
Manage department budget and ensure cost efficiency
Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of the QMS and audits
Supervise laboratory activities, including calibration processes
Requisitos principales
Bachelor’s xqbhyrx degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field
Proven experience in a Quality Management role within a multi-shift manufacturing environment
Experience working with automotive customers is highly valued
Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies such as: IATF, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, GRR, MSA, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 8D, VDA, Corrective and Preventive Actions
