Overview

In this role you will support a Gibraltar-based development company by handling technical office operations, tendering, and health and safety. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cost-efficient tenders, manage documentation, and ensure site safety compliance. The position offers long-term progression and a chance to influence projects from planning through to execution in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

- Producing tenders and subcontractor management
- Cost control administration and reporting, certifications, measurements, and Bills of Quantities (BoQs)
- Technical reports, drawings, and document control




- Control project planning (MS Project and Oracle Primavera P6)
- Health & Safety tasks (RA/RAMS, inductions, audits)
- Be the principal contact for utilities and liaison for local authorities

Requisitos principales

- Degree in Civil / Construction Engineering or similar
- 5+ years’ experience in a technical office with tendering experience
- Proven site Health and Safety experience
- AutoCAD and document management systems
- High level of technical English
- Gibraltar experience highly advantageous
