In this role you will drive general HR initiatives with governance, providing structure, visibility and execution discipline. You will coordinate governance activities and manage the HR transformation portfolio from Madrid, with possible travel to other sites. You’ll prepare executive materials, monitor performance metrics and ensure change adoption across the organization. You work closely with HR leaders and cross-functional partners to translate priorities into action and measurable outcomes. This is an international, collaborative opportunity in a dynamic environment with a clear impact on HR delivery.
Responsabilidades
Coordinate HR governance activities (leadership meetings, governance forums, workshops, annual planning calendars).
Oversee HR project and transformation portfolio, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
Prepare executive presentations, reports and governance materials for decision-making.
Monitor HR performance metrics and project progress to provide clear visibility of priorities and issues.
Track actions and commitments across HR, ensuring accountability and timely follow-up.




Support HR initiatives by coordinating change activities and monitoring adoption.
Collaborate with HR and business teams to align priorities, timelines and resources.
Contribute to continuous improvement of governance processes and project management practices.
Requisitos principales
Experience coordinating projects or programs in a complex or international environment.
Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and detail.
Comfort with a dynamic, fast-paced setting with evolving priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions and levels.
Strong analytical mindset to interpret information, identify risks and provide recommendations.
Experience preparing presentations, reports or dashboards for leadership teams.

Degree in Business, HR, Project Management or related discipline is an advantage;
HR/transformation/project management experience beneficial but not essential.
