Nordspan Studio is building a specialist delivery team for mid-rise light-gauge steel projects across Southern Europe. You will turn architectural intent into coordinated wall, floor and roof panel models, resolve interfaces with structure and MEP, and prepare issue‑ready fabrication information.

The role combines hands‑on modelling with technical leadership. You will review junior detailers, coordinate directly with factories and help improve our repeatable BIM‑to‑production standards.

What we are looking for

-

- 5+ years detailing cold‑formed steel or closely related off‑site systems.

- Advanced Revit, Tekla or FRAMECAD experience.

- Confident reading structural and architectural packages. xhfqzwm

- Professional English;
Spanish is an advantage.

Compensation: EUR 42,000–54,000
