As Director of Products, you will lead OPSWAT’s Storage Security line, shaping roadmaps, pricing, and cost management. You’ll align technical capabilities with business goals by partnering with engineering to define requirements and delivery criteria. You will own go-to-market strategies and collaborate with sales, marketing, and partners to drive adoption. This role sits at the intersection of on-premises and cloud-native SaaS, delivering impact across global critical infrastructure customers.
Responsabilidades
Define product strategy and roadmaps for Storage Security by evaluating security trends and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with engineering to translate requirements into actionable plans with clear exit criteria.
Incorporate functional and non-functional customer needs into development plans.
Improve pre- and post-sales processes with technical insights to support business development.
Own go-to-market, including enablement for direct and channel sales, content, and proposals.
Build and maintain relationships with sales, partners, and technology alliances to boost product adoption.




Participate in sales calls and PoC demonstrations, and manage customer escalations. xhfqzwm
Occasional international travel and adaptable working hours to serve global critical infrastructure clients.
Requisitos principales
5+ years in B2B Product Management with at least 3 years in Storage Security
Deep knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure and leadership in a cloud development team
Strong storytelling and communication skills for varied audiences
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Knowledge of IT systems, data protection, encryption, and storage security frameworks
Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills with proven project management
Experience in cybersecurity solutions for critical infrastructure or enterprise clients
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business goals
