Задачи:

- Help develop data-driven strategies for top games, influencing product roadmaps, features, and monetization;

- Analyze player behavior, economy trends, and product performance with cross-functional teams;

- Design A/B tests and build predictive models for churn, LTV, and segmentation;

- Mentor analystsand present insights to senior leadership through storytelling and dashboards;

- Collaborate on improving data tools and pipelines;

- Promote data literacy and experimentation best practices.

Требования:
- Experience in analytics or data science roles, ideally in gaming, mobile apps, or digital products;

- Strong businesssense and product intuition;

- Solid experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and experimentation design;

- Strong background in applied statistics;

- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python for data exploration and analysis;





- Excellent communication skills and experience influencing senior stakeholders;

- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences;

- Experience withvisualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar;

- Fast learner who is meticulous, proactive, and pragmatic;

- Nice to have: Experience with Bayesian methods, experience mentoring or leading other analysts. xhfqzwm
