As a Software Solutions Architect at NTT DATA, you will lead the design and management of complex infrastructure software solutions for clients. You’ll provide multi-technology guidance, ensure optimal and compliant IT infrastructure software, and translate business needs into integrated architectures. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define high-level structures and detailed designs that capture essential interconnections. You’ll advance internal methodologies and explore emerging infrastructure technologies to stay at the cutting edge. This role offers impact through licensing strategy, service transitions, and shaping competitive, vendor-aware solutions.
Responsabilidades
Architect client infrastructure and multi-technology solutions
Provide specialist licensing and software asset management guidance
Analyze client requirements and oversee deployment/operation of infrastructure software
Create detailed designs with holistic views and essential component interconnections
Improve internal methodologies, processes, and tools
Research emerging infrastructure technologies and practices
Support licensing during service transition and renewals, including quality reviews




Manage contracts and perform cost-benefit analyses for software/hardware services
Advise on license management practices and stakeholder communication
Support projects, license renewals, and drive improvements to service offers
Contribute to competitive service design and client satisfaction
Requisitos principales
Deep understanding of Cisco Smart accounts and Smart licensing
Broad knowledge of hardware, software, and configuration operating models
Proficiency in licensing models: Perpetual, Rights to Use, End-User, Subscription, Enterprise Agreements
Understanding of supply chain management methodologies and tools xhfqzwm
Competence in multi-technology infrastructure software and design best practices
Experience with vendor software features and licensing models (Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Palo Alto)
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Strategic and tactical thinking to align with service offerings
Bachelor in Information Technology or related field
