Job DescriptionTHE POSITIONBased in Barcelona, Spain, this role will report to the VP Pricing Strategy and work closely alongside the Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy, also based in Barcelona, providing analytical, reporting, and operational support for key pricing initiatives. This is a highly hands-on role for a pricing professional who enjoys translating complex and imperfect data into actionable business insights.
The Manager of Pricing Strategy will work closely with the Senior Manager, leveraging large datasets to generate actionable insights and support recurring reporting and performance measurement activities through data preparation, analysis, and reporting that enable data-driven decision making. This role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Product, Marketing, Strategy, and Business Intelligence teams to support the ongoing evolution of ESI pricing strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe Manager of Pricing Strategy will provide analytical, reporting, and project support to the Senior Manager across pricing analytics, performance measurement, and strategic initiatives within ESI, including: Build and maintain pricing datasets by integrating information from multiple data sources.
Perform detailed data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities to ensure analytical accuracy.
Investigate inconsistencies in pricing, customer, product, contract, and sales data and develop solutions to improve data integrity.
Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of analytical models to evaluate pricing performance, discounting practices, promotions, customer behavior, and market opportunities.
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify pricing trends, opportunities, and business risks.
