The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced investment banking professional to join a highly regarded advisory platform and play a key role in the execution and origination of transactions across Spain and the broader European market.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior bankers and clients, lead the day-to-day execution of live mandates, and contribute to the continued growth of an established and expanding M&A; franchise.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the execution of sell-side, buy-side, merger, carve-out, and strategic advisory engagements.

Act as a primary day-to-day contact for clients, investors, management teams, and other transaction stakeholders.

Oversee financial modelling, valuation analysis, due diligence processes, and transaction documentation.
