You will support high-impact legal initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel on corporate governance matters, including board and committee matters.

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements to mitigate legal risk.

Advise on regulatory compliance, licensing, and corporate filings in multiple jurisdictions.

Develop and implement policies to ensure adherence to internal and external legal standards.Required Skills & Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
