Role Description This full-time Vibe Engineer — Full-Stack / Backend Developer role at IAG Services is based in Barcelona in a hybrid setup, combining on-site collaboration with adaptable work-from-home days. The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend services and full-stack features that support internal tools, client-facing products, and the overall “vibe” and user experience of IAG platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing clean, testable code, integrating APIs, optimizing performance, and collaborating closely with product, design, and data teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. The Vibe Engineer will help define technical architecture, participate in code reviews, improve development workflows, and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across the engineering team. This role also involves monitoring production systems, troubleshooting issues, and suggesting improvements to both the codebase and the collaborative culture of the team.

We are recruiting a Vibe Engineer to join the IAG technology team and help one of our flagship accounts ship operational software at a pace traditional development can't match. You'll be embedded in Vibe Team, a deliberately small delivery team on our client account, building a new production application every month for a BPO/CX client — QA scorecards, workforce management tools, client reporting, escalation tracking — with AI-native development on a governed enterprise app platform (think Lovable, with enterprise-grade RBAC, SSO, audit and environments built in).
