WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will partner with Territory and Retail leadership and work across Nike Direct teams spanning Stores, Digital and partner-led channels. You will also collaborate with colleagues across Sport, Merchandising, Planning, Allocation, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain,



Location Planning, Retail Operations and other specialist teams.
This is a connector role: bringing together the right people, evidence and marketplace context to enable stronger decisions—without taking ownership away from the teams accountable for delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will strengthen how marketplace insight moves through Nike Direct—from forward planning to in-season action and back into learning. You will:
- Turn territory, consumer and marketplace signals into clear implications for Nike Direct and its Sport priorities.
- Build an integrated view across Stores, Digital and partner-led channels while respecting their different data, rhythms and decision routes.
- Shape seasonal plans by surfacing priority opportunities, readiness needs, risks, dependencies and trade-offs before commitments are locked.
