Overview

In this role you guide and deliver software on the full development lifecycle within a collaborative CSI team at Roche Diagnostics Solutions. You blend hands‑on engineering with servant leadership to drive continuous improvement and Agile practices. You will design and implement high‑quality C# applications, while enabling your team to collaborate effectively and resolve blockers. Your work supports faster diagnostics and personalized healthcare by turning complex data and AI-assisted workflows into robust software solutions.

Responsabilidades

- Drive all phases of the software development lifecycle from feasibility to maintenance
- Design, implement, and test code using C#, WPF, and .NET 8.0
- Serve as Scrum Master and servant leader to facilitate progress and transparency
- Apply Agile techniques to empower the team and resolve conflicts
- Collaborate within self‑organizing teams to plan and estimate work




- Leverage AI‑supporting tools to optimize development workflows
- Review designs, functionality, and source code to ensure quality and continuous improvements

Requisitos principales

- Extensive software engineering experience with C#, WPF, and .NET 8.0
- Proven Scrum Master or Agile Facilitator experience for a software team
- Scrum certifications (CSM or PSM I) and servant leadership skills
- Experience with SQL Server, database design, and ORMs like Entity Framework
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and setting up build environments
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- On-site work readiness (no relocation assistance)
