We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our consulting team in Barcelona. In this role, you will support the growth of our digital transformation projects within the life sciences sector by sourcing, evaluating, and staffing technical consultants across a range of domains. This is a key delivery support function focused on aligning the right talent with evolving project demands.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical consulting roles involved in digital transformation projects




Collaborate with delivery and business development teams to understand project pipelines and upcoming talent needs
Match available consultants (internal or external) to project roles based on skillset, experience, and availability
Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and referrals to build a strong pipeline of technical talent
Conduct screening interviews and coordinate technical assessments and interviews with project leads
Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and resource pool records
Support offer preparation, contract coordination, and onboarding communication
Track key recruitment and staffing metrics and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders
Represent the company at networking events and recruitment initiatives to support talent engagement
5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a consulting or project-based envir
