As a Hard Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing technical operations, ensuring the reliability of building systems, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and delivering high-quality facilities management services.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized engineering and technical services across the site.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues involving HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building control systems.
- Optimize equipment performance and identify energy efficiency opportunities.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation.
- Support the testing, commissioning, and implementation of new equipment and systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to technicians and junior team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure service excellence.
- Apply technical expertise to resolve day-to-day operational challenges and ensure business continuity.
