Job Description
As an EPM Solution Engineer , you will act as a key technical expert for SGS's Hyperion, Essbase and related EPM applications, driving their development, stability and continuous improvement. You will ensure solutions follow industry best practices for coding, architecture,
security and performance while applying your expertise across the software development lifecycle.
You will play an active role in development and enhancement initiatives, ensuring business requirements are understood, challenged where necessary, and translated into scalable, sustainable solutions. You will assess the impact of new requirements and provide technical guidance that balances business needs with long-term system integrity and maintainability.
You will oversee the maintenance and support of EPM applications, including metadata management, calculation scripts, business rules, reports and dashboards. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and service providers, you will manage requests, support incident resolution and contribute to strategic initiatives such as platform upgrades, ERP transformation projects and the evolution of Oracle EPM solutions.
