The opportunity




We currently have an opportunity for an Operations Assistant to join our Operations team based in our Madrid office. Reporting into the Servicing Hub Team Leader the Operations Team Leader, the Jobholder will carry out routine operational and technical duties within the Operations department for the European business area and/or the FoS programmes for the EEA Hub UK. The work will be focused on processing policies, supporting the customer service delivery and being compliant to the general network service level agreements.
The role is desk based and involves working as part of a team owning policy maintenance, processing, and recording of quality business data. The jobholder will be able to effectively process in the systems all types of policies adhering to best practices.
