MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Supervise and coordinate engineering activities throughout the construction phase.
- Review technical drawings, specifications and engineering documentation.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs and project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants and subcontractors.
- Review technical submittals, shop drawings, method statements and requests for information.
- Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction.
- Monitor the quality and progress of engineering installations and construction works.
- Support testing, commissioning and handover activities, where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable technical standards and safety requirements.




- Prepare technical reports, inspection records and progress updates.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces to minimise clashes, delays and rework.
- Support the successful delivery of the project within the required time, cost and quality standards.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Proven experience in site engineering, construction supervision or technical project delivery , relevant to the position applied for.

Previous experience in large-scale residential, hospitality, commercial, industrial or infrastructure projects will be highly valued.

Experience in multidisciplinary construction environments and international projects is an advantage.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Strong technical knowledge relevant to the specific engineering discipline.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
- Experience in site supervision, technical coordination and construction monitoring.
- Knowledge of applicable engineering standards and construction practices.
- Familiarity with testing, inspection and commissioning procedures, where relevant.
- Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and resolve technical challenges.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering and technical software.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a demanding, site-based construction environment.
