You’ll support the ongoing development and governance of Vestas' global critical HSE risk framework, ensuring the effective management of significant and emerging risks across the business. You will develop risk standards, critical controls, and operational requirements, evaluate control effectiveness, and run complex risk reviews that support informed, risk-based decision-making. Partnering with regional and functional leaders, you will support strategic risk reduction initiatives, improve governance practices,



and represent Vestas externally to ensure alignment with high standards and best practices.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the governance, development, and continuous improvement of Vestas' critical HSE risk framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practice
- Develop and implement critical risk standards, controls, and operational requirements, evaluating effectiveness and enabling continuous improvements that improve risk management outcomes
- Analyse complex and emerging risks, perform risk reviews, and provide technical knowledge that translates technical insights into practical business recommendations and risk-informed decision making
- Build compelling business cases and value propositions that support investment decisions, strategic priorities, and the delivery of critical risk reduction initiatives across the organization
