Description Overview

The purpose of this role is to drive growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and deliver retail excellence within the Pharmacy Channel. Acting as the primary commercial leader for key pharmacy customers, the role is responsible for developing and executing customer strategies that enhance brand visibility,



increase market distribution/penetration, improve recommendation and accelerate sustainable business growth.

The position manages a portfolio of key pharmacy accounts and is accountable for the commercial performance of leading brands including Compeed, Relec, Ellaone, Sebamed, Bronchostop, Apiserum, Farmatint, Paranix, etc. Through a deep understanding of pharmacy channel dynamics, customer needs, shopper behavior, and market trends, the role identifies growth opportunities, leads customer negotiations, and develops joint business plans that create value for both the customer and the business.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Regulatory affairs, Finance, and Supply Chain, the role ensures the successful execution of commercial priorities across pharmacy customers.
