In this role you will own the Talent Growth roadmap and technology enablement to drive skills-based career development, internal mobility, and personalised learning. You will align talent strategy, data, and workforce demand to improve skills visibility across NTT DATA Inc. as part of a broader shift to a skills-driven organization. You’ll lead a cross-functional product team to deliver scalable, engaging experiences that connect employees with growth opportunities and measurable value.

• Translate Talent Growth strategy into concrete product outcomes, capabilities, user journeys, and value metrics
• Own the Talent Growth product vision, strategy, and lifecycle across NTT DATA Inc.
• Shape the technology roadmap to support a skills-driven organisation
• Define how technology enables personalised growth opportunities (learning, career development, internal mobility, gigs, mentoring, role readiness)
• Collaborate with People u0026 Culture, Talent, Learning, Workforce Planning, IT, Data, Architecture, Change and business stakeholders to translate needs into product capabilities
• Link market and organizational skills demand with employee profiles, pathways, and career opportunities
• Manage product backlog with value, scalability, and feasibility in mind
• Define MVPs to enable rapid validation and adoption
• Work with delivery teams, solution architects, platform owners, and vendors to translate requirements into features
• Ensure improved skills visibility, gap analysis, and personalised learning recommendations, plus internal talent movement
• Partner with data/architecture on skills data foundations, governance, reporting, and analytics
• Champion simple, intuitive employee experiences to understand and own growth




• Support managers with visibility of internal talent supply, gaps, and opportunities
• Engage senior stakeholders on roadmap, adoption, investment, risks, and value
• Balance global standardisation with regional needs for scalability across the company
• Collaborate with Change/Comms to drive adoption and behavioural change for a skills-driven organisation
• Monitor performance, adoption, and business outcomes to refine the Talent Growth product
• Evaluate emerging talent tech, AI-enabled recommendations, talent marketplaces, and workforce analytics
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data privacy, security, and integration standards
Responsabilidades
• Strong knowledge of product ownership, lifecycle management, and value-based prioritisation
• Deep understanding of talent growth, learning, internal mobility, workforce planning, and skills-based approaches
• Experience with HR technology platforms and digital talent ecosystems
• Ability to connect talent strategy, skills data, and technology xqbhyrx into a clear product roadmap
• Experience moving organisations toward a skills-driven operating model
• Excellent stakeholder management to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguity
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for executive and delivery audiences
• Commercial sense and ability to balance benefit, adoption, cost, and risk
• Ability to work in a general, matrixed environment with multiple priorities
• Change mindset with focus on adoption, process alignment, leadership commitment, and business ownership
• Curiosity about AI-enabled talent technologies, skills intelligence, and personalised experiences
• Exposure to HR platforms and talent tech ecosystems; advantageous familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, Phenom, ServiceNow, learning platforms, or talent marketplaces
