As a proactive C++ engineer, you will maintain and enhance our build and bake pipelines and automate release-related tasks. You will partner with Engine and Game C++ teams to remove bottlenecks and improve CI/CD workflows across multiplatform projects. You’ll drive automated reporting, documentation, and best practices to ensure timely, high-quality releases. This role sits at the intersection of development and operations, shaping scalable pipelines for a dynamic game studio. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Maintain and improve build and bake pipelines and automate recurring release steps
• Support and enhance the CI tooling for code and data, including automated testing and release management
• Collaborate with Engine and Game C++ teams to identify and reduce bottlenecks
• Improve automatic reporting of build/bake issues




• Develop and maintain guidelines for branch-based development with CI
• Document processes and tools, establish best practices, and advocate for them
• Provide support for implemented solutions to help client teams meet deadlines with quality guarantees
Responsabilidades
• Strong C++ knowledge
• Experience with CI automation servers (GitLab preferred)
• Scripting skills (Python preferred)
• Experience in cross-platform environments (Windows, Linux, iOS, Android)
• Experience with multiple xqbhyrx build systems (MSBuild, gcc/make, Xcode)
• Familiarity with VCS (svn or git)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong English technical writing
• University Degree in relevant subject or equivalent experience
