Main Mission
The AI Business Consultant & Sales Specialist is a strategic hybrid role that bridges the gap between high-level business consulting and technology sales execution. This role exists to act as a trusted advisor to SCC’s clients, leading discovery workshops to uncover complex business challenges, and shaping AI solutions adapted to the specific idiosyncrasies of their industry sector. You will not only guide clients through the complexities of AI adoption by building robust business cases, calculating clear ROI, and comparing technology stacks, but you will also drive the commercial cycle, partnering with Account Managers to close deals and generate revenue. Ultimately, you are the catalyst that transforms conceptual AI interest into tangible, funded, and deployed Data and AI projects.

Key Responsibilities




Consultative Discovery & Business Value
Lead strategic Discovery Workshops with C-level executives and business leaders to identify pain points and map out AI use cases tailored to their specific industry (e.g., Retail, Public Sector, Finance).
Develop comprehensive Business Cases and ROI calculations to justify AI investments, demonstrating tangible business outcomes such as cost reduction, efficiency gains, or new revenue streams.
Perform objective technology comparisons (e.g., Azure OpenAI vs. AWS Bedrock, varying LLMs, automation platforms) to recommend the best-fit architecture for the client's unique needs.

Sales Cycle Ownership & Co-Selling
Identify, qualify, and pursue AI-driven opportunities within existing and new accounts in collaboration with generalist Account Managers (Overlay Sales model).
