We're looking for a Junior RSA Archer Developer / GRC Specialist to join an international Cyber Risk Management team that plays a key role within a global Cyber Security organization.

In this position, you'll work with experienced cyber security professionals and help support, enhance, and develop GRC solutions that enable risk management and compliance activities across a general enterprise.

What you'll be doing

- Configure, maintain, and improve RSA Archer applications and workflows
- Support platform implementations, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support end users
- Contribute to IT Risk Management, Governance, and Vulnerability Management processes
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across Europe and Asia




- Participate in cybersecurity and GRC-related projects while gaining exposure to a large international environment

What we're looking for
- Experience with RSA Archer (configuration, implementation, development, or administration)
- Knowledge of GRC processes such as IT Risk Management, Governance, Compliance, or Vulnerability Management
- Experience working with integrations, APIs, or middleware technologies (REST/SOAP)
- Background in IT support, application management, software development, or enterprise platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English
