Advertising Specialist – Sales | Spanish Market
Based in Málaga, Spain

We are looking for Advertising Specialist with 4+ years of experience in Spanish Market who will be responsible for driving advertising revenue within the Spanish-speaking market, based out of Málaga, Spain. This is a quota-carrying role focused on acquiring and growing advertising clients across Spain and Spanish-speaking territories. The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, a strong understanding of the Spanish advertising ecosystem, and the ability to tailor solutions to local market dynamics while executing within a general sales framework.

The Role
- Own and deliver against an individual revenue quota focused on the Spanish advertising market.
- Manage a Book of Business (BoB) of Spanish-market clients, including agencies, brands, and direct advertisers.
- Proactively prospect and develop new business opportunities within the Spanish-speaking advertising ecosystem.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with sufficient coverage to consistently achieve quota in the Spanish market.




- Execute the end-to-end sales cycle, adapting proposals and messaging to the expectations and norms of Spanish-speaking clients.

- Fluency in Spanish (native or near-native) and English is required.
- Proven experience in a quota-carrying advertising or media sales role, ideally with Spanish-market exposure.
- Strong understanding of the Spanish digital advertising ecosystem, including key agencies, media buyers, and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close advertising deals within a European or Spanish-market context.
- Experience managing a Book of Business with accountability for revenue retention and growth.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Spanish and English.
