We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support a private family across travel, lifestyle, healthcare, properties, purchases and personal projects.

❗Work content

TRAVEL
- Family of approximately 10 people, with 100+ flights per year.
- Flights, private jets, transfers, premium car rentals — end-to-end logistics, connections.
- Selection and booking of hotels and restaurants according to specific requests.
- Planning of long-distance road trips by region (car/motorcycle): routes, logistics and leisure activities.
- Maintaining the travel calendar.

LEISURE
- Monitoring event calendars, schedules, festivals and exhibitions in relevant destinations.
- Selecting the most interesting events and incorporating them into the travel calendar.




- Exclusive events and off-the-beaten-path options.
- Sports and wellness: selecting trainers, gyms, spas and specialists.
- Organizing sports trips with contractors (safaris, regattas, mountaineering, surfing, drifting) and supporting competition weekends.
- Planning children's leisure activities at home and while travelling.

HEALTH
- Selecting and coordinating family healthcare: doctors, clinics, regular check-ups and nutrition.
- Maintaining the medical history of key family members.
- Selecting specialized clinics for specific medical needs.
- Selecting and organizing retreats.

CHILDREN
- Selecting nannies.
- Selecting schools, colleges and universities.
- Selecting extracurricular activities and sports clubs.

PURCHASES
- Selecting products according to specific requests: identifying key selection criteria and clarifying requirements.
