Sales & Administration Manager - Due September 18, 2026
Core Responsibilities

To manage the sales and business development for Harris Paints across all channels, directing the daily operations in order to maximize profit and minimize costs.

To manage and evaluate the Antigua Sales activities of Key Accounts and Independent Dealers.

To establish and maintain local marketing networks to increase the visibility and sales of Harris Paints products.

To develop the Harris Paints Antigua Store to a full retail paint and accessories facility offering quality service to customers,



and to be the leading center for coating information, service and related products in Antigua.

Control and monitor the administration of all Human Resource activities

Oversee office administration activities

Qualifications / Experience

A Bachelor's Degree in Business along with at least 5 years of experience in a sales role. OR

8 years of knowledge and proven experience of working in the Paint industry or in Sales along with a Diploma in Business Management.

Skills, Competencies And Requirements For The Position

Experience in Retail business development through sales and marketing activities.

High level of interpersonal, relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills.

Customer-focused with a passion for excellence and a "can do" attitude.

Sound knowledge of Microsoft office applications and Points of sale systems.

Champion positive plans to enhance customer service experience.
