FLOYT Mobility in Spain is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner & Recruiting to serve as a strategic partner across the employee journey, driving HR initiatives and shaping future-proof people processes for Germany and Spain.
You will lead end‑to‑end recruiting, manage HR operations with a focus on Spanish labour law, and help strengthen our employer brand. Fluent in English, Spanish and German, you should be ready to work on-site 2–3 days per week.
