Role Purpose You are part of the Integral Commercial marketing team, acting as the expert who owns our marketing operations, automation, and inbound qualification processes end-to-end. You are the connection between marketing and the Rev Ops and commercial teams (Sales and Customer Success) — turning raw inbound interest into qualified, well-routed pipeline through smart segmentation, robust HubSpot automation, and increasingly, AI-powered workflows and structured detailed tracking and reporting.
This role has evolved into a highly technical, high-ownership position at the center of our revenue engine. It requires a true HubSpot power user who thinks in workflows and segments, is comfortable implementing AI tools to scale and improve marketing operations, and proactively owns projects from idea to measurable impact — rather than waiting to be told what to build next.
What You'll Own
HubSpot Automation, Workflows & AI Implementation — the core of this role
- Design, build, and continuously optimize HubSpot workflows, automations, and sequences that streamline lead nurturing,



lead scoring, and SQL routing.
- Act as the organization's HubSpot champion and power user , expert-level fluency across Marketing Hub and CRM, capable of building complex, multi-branch automations independently.
- Identify and implement AI-powered capabilities (within HubSpot and complementary tools) to improve lead scoring, personalization, content workflows, and operational efficiency.
- Proactively audit existing automations, spot inefficiencies or breakages, and re-architect them as processes and volume scale.

Segmentation & Database Health
- Create and manage HubSpot lists and dynamic segments for targeted campaigns and lead qualification.
- Maintain the health of the contact database — segmentation, deduplication, and data hygiene — in coordination with the Operations team.

Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain high-level reports and dashboards in HubSpot to measure lead performance
