About the opportunity
We are supporting an international industrial technology company specialized in robotic welding and production automation solutions in the search for a Sales Manager to strengthen its business in the Iberian market.

The company provides advanced automation solutions for heavy manufacturing industries, helping industrial customers improve productivity, efficiency and manufacturing performance through robotics, automation and software.

This is a technical and consultative sales role combining business development, account growth and a strong understanding of industrial applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business across Spain and Portugal, working closely with customers to understand their manufacturing processes, identify opportunities for automation and develop the most appropriate technical solution together with the company's engineering and technical specialists.

Main responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and acquire new customers across the Iberian market.




- Grow existing accounts by identifying new applications, projects and opportunities for automation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with industrial customers and key decision-makers.
- Understand customers' manufacturing processes, technical challenges and investment needs in order to identify suitable robotics and automation solutions.
- Manage complex technical sales opportunities from initial contact and needs assessment through proposal, negotiation and project award.
- Work closely with engineering, software and technical specialists to develop solutions adapted to each customer's requirements.
- Follow sales projects through the different stages of the commercial and project lifecycle, maintaining close communication with the customer.
- Develop and manage a structured pipeline of opportunities and customer action plans.
- Maintain accurate commercial information and activity through the company's CRM.
