Role Description We are looking for a hands-on, organised, and proactive professional to support Finance & Operations in an international pharmaceutical environment. The role combines operational supply chain coordination with day-to-day finance support and requires a systematic person who can execute accurately, work across functions, and help improve processes. Responsibilities * Manage order administration and customer service to ensure timely, accurate execution. * Monitor accounts receivable and support payment collection.



* Monitor accounts payable and support invoice validation and payment processing. * Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting preparation. * Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement practical solutions. * Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications * 2 to 5 years of experience in Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, or a similar hybrid role. * Experience in pharma, biotech, FMCG, or another regulated industry is an advantage. * Hands-on experience with ERP systems; CRM exposure is a plus. * Strong Excel skills; Power BI or similar reporting tools are an advantage. * Interest in AI-driven and digital tools is an advantage. * Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a proactive and collaborative mindset. * Excellent English skills; German, French, or a
