We are looking for a talented individual to join our GBM (Global Benefits Management) team within Marsh Health and Benefits in Madrid. This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to work from the office at least three days per week.

Our GBM team supports multinational clients in designing, coordinating, and managing employee benefits programmes across multiple countries. Key activities include benefits benchmarking, renewal support, vendor coordination, reporting, and advising clients on global benefits best practices. As an Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of multinational clients headquartered in Spain, develop a deep understanding of their global challenges, and act as a trusted advisor on employee benefits strategy. Manage a portfolio of multinational clients and ensure excellent customer loyalty and satisfaction as well as support client retention.
Have a clear understanding of clients' priorities and actively coordinate and communicate across the teams to ensure a successful client delivery and management of global benefits in line with clients' guidelines.
Manage clients' insurable benefits on a daily basis, support the implementation process, ensure key activities are completed on time and with high-quality data, and ensure internal and external teams are aligned.
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for your dedicated portfolio of multinational clients and internal teams, such as Marsh local brokers regarding clients' deliverables and provide guidance to the internal teams and your stakeholders at client side.
Provide renewal directions and compile project timelines.
Support local and general teams as well as sales opportunities.
