Ensure local statutory compliance, tax filings, regulatory reporting.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and management information as per corporate requirements.
Ensure strong financial controls, effective risk management, and adherence to corporate accounting policies and international reporting standards.
Act as a trusted business partner to local management, operation teams and the Corporate Support Services,



providing financial insight and supporting strategic decision making.
Drive standardization, simplification, improvement and automation of finance and business processes across all locations.
Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing Finance team while fostering collaboration across locations and functions.
Ensure business continuity through effective succession planning, cross-training, and clear accountability across the organization.
Support the execution of corporate initiatives while ensuring local regulatory and operational requirements are appropriately addressed.
Participate in strategic projects, including business integrations, system implementations, organizational development, and operational excellence initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 7 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, controll
