Experteer Overview As Client Program Manager, you lead Maersk's global CX community to support a key client and drive customer experience and business growth. You will collaborate with the account team across Ocean and Logistics u0026amp; Services, guiding migrations and value-adding projects. You shape processes, share best practices, and liaise with product owners to optimize the SCP platform and end-to-end operations. - Lead SCP Migration projects and drive adoption
- Standardize processes to improve performance, efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Account, Migration u0026 Adoption, and SME teams
- Develop governance and optimization frameworks for SCP-related processes
