Overview In this role you will design, develop and validate EMC architecture and schematics for assigned projects, following Valeo design rules. You will drive improvement of standards, processes and tools in your field and support customer validation and design reviews. You will manage EMC issues in early deployment (P1) and collaborate with PCB layout engineers to ensure EMC compliance. This position sits at Valeo's Martos plant within the Visibility Systems group, offering hands-on impact on lighting and electronic solutions for safer, greener mobility.
Responsabilidades Design, develop and validate EMC architecture and schematics per specifications and Valeo rules
Improve standards, processes, methods and tools in EMC field
Audit efficiency indicators and report on them
Support customer validation and design review activities
Manage EMC issues in P1 projects during initial deployment
Coordinate with GEEDs for design decisions and risk management
Lead LLC launches in projects and present in Technical Committee
Postmortems for SOP-driven projects
Own the product design and EMC compliance with PCB layout engineers
Minimize EMC-related escalations and forecasted RFQ costs
Participate in the EMC Laboratory enlarging plan
Improve testing methods and propose automation
Monitor budget for EMC activities
Oversee efficiency indicators for EMC engineers
